LIR consultancy
A Local Internet Registry (LIR) is a RIPE NCC member responsible for distributing and registering address space at a local level. Opening your own LIR account lets you acquire a /22 IPv4 range (1,024 addresses), up to a /29 IPv6 range, and register your own ASN (Autonomous System). If you hold PI address space, you can transfer it into your own LIR account and save on annual fees, and independently buy additional PA address space.
How it works
Send us the IPv4/IPv6 range you need, your budget and any other requirements. We match you with an available offer from our database, or source one.
We negotiate a Brokerage Agreement. Once your payment is secured, we begin preparing the address-space transfer documents.
We prepare the formal agreement between buyer and seller plus supporting paperwork, and submit it to RIPE NCC on your behalf.
Once RIPE NCC confirms the ownership transfer, funds are released from escrow to the seller.
